As a newbie to the real estate world, she was a big help in helping me decide what I could honestly afford in a great area. She took care of me as if I were her daughter, which was so refreshing and made the whole process so easy and simple. And she was very patient with me. I didn't have to rush, I didn't even have to buy at all, but she was okay with that. She just wanted me to have the perfect starter home. And with her help, I found it!

She straightforwardly answered my questions & she did not ‘over-promise’.Thus, I asked Regan to represent me in the sale of a piece of property I had actively tried to sell for over 4-months without success.Some Realtors, after receiving a Listing, simply plug it into the MLS & wait for the phone to ring. Regan on the other hand, had assembled a comprehensive marketing plan that included multiple websites. Her preliminary work included anticipating the questions prospective buyers might ask & she herself, sought out the answers in advance. Thus, she was able to respond confidently when asked a question by a prospect. She even had professional photos taken to present the property in its best light. When we met to sign the requisite paperwork, Regan took the time to answer each question I had. She then listed my property the next day. She called me less than 48 hours later with a qualified offer! She also continued compiling a list of prospective buyers, just in case this offer fell through. Needless to say, I was impressed! Regan’s results were the product of her efforts…she had a plan AND she worked her plan. Moreover, during the sales process, there was a side issue that came up & it was Regan who offered the suggestion that ultimately proved to be a solution to the issue. I found Regan to be conscientious, highly professional, extremely hardworking, very bright & quite personable. She is a problem solver who produces results.

She sold our house very quickly and closing was very smooth, and her input throughout the process was extremely beneficial. Highly focused on her clients and definitely recommend her.

She has and eye for staging, was honest with changes I should make to house before listing and had solid data to help assist in choosing listing price. I followed her directions and sold my home in 3 days! I found her very easy to talk to and an extremely knowledgable about her craft. She is highly motivated and a hard worker and has connections all over town. She brought the best inspector to the table when we were buying our new home asked many questions on our behalf. She also recommended a closing company that was very well organized and efficient. She's the whole package!

She was experienced, well-informed and patient with some problems we had with our buyer. She advised us well and handled the buyer's concerns politely and resolved some deal breaking issues. She was understanding, available, and a practical go-between that resulted in a fair, favorable sale @ a fair and reasonable price and terms. We couldn't have done it without her.

She spoke to us several times before our arrival to determine where to begin our home search and upon arrival to OKC, she picked us up at our hotel and took us around to look at existing homes. She did this every day for a solid week. We moved into an apartment for temporary housing and continued to look for a home. We received daily emails from Regan with new listings and continued to look for a home until late September 2013. A house came on the market at 2:30 pm on a Friday, we called Regan and she showed us the house at 6 pm that same day. We saw it again the next day and made an offer. We closed the deal a week later. Regan has a can-do attitude, and you can be certain that she will be honest and tell you her opinion of what is good and bad about every house you look at. Her research skills about houses and their history is shocking. She has excellent taste and is extremely responsive, answering texts and phone calls within minutes. Her knowledge of the Edmond, OK area is impressive. She is an advocate for her client and has a friendly, but iron will when negotiating. We had a great experience with Regan, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or family member.

If I had another house to sell in her area, she would be my first phone call. Both houses were listed and had a contract for above asking price within a week. Regan is very good at evaluating your house and getting things fixed and ready to sell. She has a contact for every need.

We contacted Regan when we found out that we were being transferred to Oklahoma with my husbands job. Not familiar with the area we had no idea what part of Oklahoma City we wanted to settle down a buy a home in. We changed our minds from the South side to the West side and back again. Through all of our indecision Regan remained patient and professional.

!!!!! Regan was with us the whole way, through the Tornado in Moore OK, the staging, showing, and ultimate selling and closing of the house. But the most important was she held us together through the process. She kept us focused on the end prize for us: our new home in Texas. She knows the Edmond market very well and had a very discerning eye for the homes she showed. We relocated here and Regan spent nearly two entire days walking us through house after house. Our four young children accompanied us! Regan led us to a great house that ended up, at least so far, being a great buy. When the inspections turned up some issues, Regan negotiated a credit at closing that was far greater than I anticipated. Since the sale Regan has been very helpful in recommending people to do work on the home and when we moved in, there was a gift for our boys! I can't recommend her highly enough.

We actually ended up looking at a For Sale By Owner house that Regan didn't know about, but all I had to do was get her the address, and she had comps and pricing for me within an hour. She was able to get the price for our house down considerably because of her knowledge of the area and her knowledge about appraising. After that, the closing process with her was very quick; she knows whomever you need in the business for appraising and inspections, and if she says use her people, use them, they are THAT good. Thanks to her, we have a fabulous new home, in a great location, and a new friend in the process!

She is very professional and knowledgable yet treats you like family and is ALWAYS looking out for your best interests. I really appreciated the fact that she was always accessible and was willing to give you her honest opinion.
